ACC time

a bit update. (takde kerja, asyik nak update kerja ja.. hehe)

i'm now attaching at ACC (ambulatory care centre) for 1 month, starting last week till first week of Ramadhan. last week, i was 'tagging' here. looking around, see how people here worked, how busy it was when Sunday and Wednesday came. The key performance index (KPI) for ACC is waiting time, not to be more than 30 minutes per patient. but, i thought it could not be fit especially on those two busy busy days.. 

this week, i'm looking after dangerous drug (DD). every slip prescribed with DD (e.g. clonazepam, alprazolam, phenobarbitone etc) will be screened by me first before handing to other PPF (pembantu pegawai farmasi) or other pharmacists for filling, labelling and dispensing process.
